Preloaded Tenant Profile: Nexgenics

We build autonomous AI sales engines that automatically research B2B prospects and generate hyper-personalized outreach on autopilot.

Step 1 of 7 14% Completed

01 • Campaign Identity

What is the name of this campaign?

Give your sales outreach campaign a clear descriptive name for tracking.

07 • Chrono Cadence & Cold Re-Ignite Rules

Cold Follow-Up Cadence & Reignite Limit

Configure how long the engine waits before re-engaging cold prospects, and how many times it attempts to reignite a cold conversation.

Cold Follow-up Cadence 3d Cold Wait (Aggressive Follow-up)

If a prospect goes cold, wait this long before sending the next re-ignite bump. (Active replies are answered within hours in real-time).

Max Reignite / Cold Follow-up Retries 5 Retries Before Stopping

Maximum number of re-ignite messages sent if the conversation fizzles or goes cold without a prospect response.

Primary Channel (cold contact)

Email WhatsApp SMS

Also follow up via (reignites rotate through these)

Email WhatsApp SMS

A lead missing the contact info a channel needs (e.g. no phone number on file for WhatsApp/SMS) automatically falls back to email instead of being skipped.

Offer Telegram as a reply option Includes a one-click Telegram link in outreach so a lead can choose to continue there. Telegram is never used for the initial cold touch — only a lead clicking that link can start it. Adapt outreach language to each lead's site Off by default (all copy in English). When on, the engine detects the language each lead's own website is written in and writes that lead's cold email, reignites, and replies natively in that language instead — never a translated draft.
